I was rather disappointed, actually. What a waste of John Simm (and of Catherine Tate)! I enjoyed the last ten minutes of Waters of Mars, but all in all Tennant's departure could have been waaaay better for me. Wilf was grand, though, and as a big fan of Doc 5's exit at the end of Caves of Androzani, I appreciated the idea that after all the grand world-saving Ten dies to save one ordinary person. Uh, pity they did that one much better with Nine and Rose (how much do I love Parting of the Ways? a lot). It was nice to see Sarah Jane, though. Love her. And Mickey. I know a lot of people eyerolled at pairing him with Martha, but I thought it was rather fun, and they make a lovely pair of sexy ninjas.
