Other points I love:
Ed considering Hoho his dad is sweet - shows his coming to terms with it all a bit and how he's grown up since we've seen him in the manga.
I so want to hug Brosch hardcore. I love that we are getting to see more of him, and to see him development more of that personal strength and identity we saw toward the end of the series. Amputee kink has nothing to do with this love.
Ed and Roy nerding the metaphysical together was both plotty and sexy. Ed and Roy chatting in the doorway was cute - I think we've all been there before, and the attraction and chemistry is becoming less and less subtle. I also like that it seems like Ed is going to Mustang's regularly and alone, without Al, and that they are developing a bit of a routine together. <3
Winry and Garfiel were great. Both are strong and willing to make a stand where others wouldn't.
