Yes, I do think he'd be like this! He slacks in the manga early on, but once the conspiracy heats up and after Hughes' death, we see him working himself into the ground a fair bit too. The window-washing was more of an anime #1 thing. XD And yes, I think even when Roy's exhausted, the cogs continue to turn.
